This screening, free for Tri-Co students, faculty, and staff, is made possible byHaverford College’s John B. Hurford ’60 Center for the Arts and Humanities and Independent College Programs and is organized by faculty members Vicky Funariand John Muse.

“There’s never been a rat problem in Baltimore, it’s always been a people problem.” Director Theo Anthony makes his nonfiction feature debut with a riveting and singularly original filmic essay which connects topics from forensic science to urban planning to socioeconomic inequality and beyond by exploring the history and evolution of rats in the city of Baltimore. 

Filmmaker Theo Anthony will appear for a Q&A following the screening.
