Imprint 2018

Through Sunday, May 20

Art Suburbs & Beyond

Imprint, the Wharton Esherick Museum’s 9th annual high school print competition, is on display in the Museum’s Visitor Center, showcasing exceptional artwork from high school students in Chester, Bucks, Delaware, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties.

This annual competition aims to encourage and inspire new generations of young artists through celebrating Esherick's explorations in woodblock printing, a medium that Esherick himself loved. New to this year’s show, the Museum challenged students to explore themes of Wharton Esherick’s life and work in their pieces.

The Imprint exhibition is on display in our Visitor Center and free to the public. Please note that this does not include entry into the Museum - for which admission and advance reservations are required.
