Behind the Scenes at Dogfish Head Brewery

Thursday, November 8

Food & Drink Downtown

Since the summer of 1995, Dogfish Head Brewery has been brewing, cooking, selling and talking everything beer. This summer, they opened a full kitchen at the brewery with the same commitment to world-class food, beer and spirits. Take a dive into Dogfish Head with a tour of the brewery, a sampling of the new menu including items like the Midas Touch-Marinated Pulled Pork Sandwich and, of course, a taste of Dogfish Head beers, all while learning about one of the largest craft breweries in the United States.

Guests have two options for the brewery tour: one hour long tour at 5:00 p.m., prior to the conversation and Q&A, or one hour long tour at 7:15 p.m., after the conversation and Q&A. The agenda for the evening is:

5:00-6:00 – Tour 1
6:00-6:30 – Beer and menu tasting
6:30-7:15 – Conversation & Q&A with brewers
7:15-8:15 – Tour 2
