“The Red Balloon” and “White Mane”

Saturday, November 24

Film Suburbs & Beyond

In "The Red Balloon", a boy acquires a shiny, inflatable companion, only to discover that it has a mind of its own. In "White Mane", a majestic wild horse bonds with a young fisherman while eluding capture by the local ranchers. Join us for a double feature of French visionary Albert Lamorisse’s nearly-wordless tales of childhood and friendship.
