Wine will be provided by Chaddsford Winery, pairing local wines each dish.
This class can be enjoyed as a demonstration for those who would like to sit back and relax or can be hands-on for students who want to be actively involved in the cooking. Either way, you'll learn new culinary techniques and indulge in delicious new dishes!
The menu includes: Gougeres (Burgundy), Tomatoes Provencale, Coq au Reisling (Alsace-Lorraine) and Apricot Flaugnarde (Limousin).
